COULD LIFE BE SIMPLER?

Have you got big questions about life and your role in it?

Practical Philosophy draws on wisdom from around the world and makes it relevant and useful. Through discussion and practical practices, it provides the opportunity to discover within ourselves that life can be led simply, purposefully and happily.

Meditation supports the exploration of practical philosophy and can reduce stress, improve sleep, mood and memory.
You don’t need to have studied philosophy or meditated before, all you need is a desire to examine life and enjoy it more fully.

The Introductory Course consists of 10 sessions, once a week, each lasting about 2 hours. They are interactive via tutor-led discussion and observations based on practical experience.
